TOPICS:

First practical part - Techniques of choice, matching and mixing of drinks, liqueurs, spirits, syrups and extracts for the formulation of cocktails, from the classics to the most innovative and original. All of this is combined with the techniques, decoration materials and service, both with fruit carving as well as combination of gadgets.

 

Second practical part - Developing and preparing appetizers, snacks and small kitchen preparations especially dedicated to the bar, whether or not combined to the aperitifs time. It begins with the preparation of basic sauces and "semi-finished" to get to the best matches and to the creation of several tempting and decorative ideas.
